I enjoy learning and transmitting. Lifelong learning represents, for me, a true source of pleasure and personal development.

​After a long teaching experience, I fully invested in my training in traditional shiatsu in Rennes (from 2010 to 2015) and became a state-certified beautician in 2016.

​

I regularly take part in Asian and Ayurvedic professional massage training. I enjoy taking care of myself and other people. Natural and ancient massage techniques have brought relaxation and harmony in my life. It is so rewarding to provide care !

​

I can also give image consulting and naturopathy advice thanks to my Qualiopi certified Parisian training courses carried out from 2018 to 2024.

​I love what I do and I am always eager to learn and pass on!
